By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any digital product, course, training, certification, downloadable material, or educational content (“Programs”) provided by Beachless Bronze® (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Programs.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS

All Programs are digital educational products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Lack of use or completion

• Business results or income expectations

• Dissatisfaction with content

• Technical issues on the user’s end

By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to dispute or charge back the transaction.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY – NO GUARANTEES

All Programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Client results

• Business success

• Income, profitability, or growth

• Skill mastery or certification acceptance by third parties

Your results depend on your experience, effort, market conditions, and implementation. You agree that Beachless Bronze®  is not responsible for your outcomes.

3. CERTIFICATION & TRAINING DISCLAIMER

If a Program includes a certificate or certificate of completion:

• Certification does not equal a state license

• Certification does not replace insurance requirements

• Certification does not grant legal permission to practice where restricted

• You are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal regulations

Certificates represent completion of education only.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All content is the exclusive intellectual property of Beachless Bronze® , including but not limited to:

• Course videos

• PDFs and workbooks

• Methods, frameworks, systems, and language

• Diagrams, charts, visuals, and training formats

• Certification materials

You may NOT:

• Copy or reproduce content

• Share login access

• Resell or redistribute materials

• Teach, train, or certify others using this content

• Claim the work as your own

• Create derivative courses or trainings based on this material

Unauthorized use will result in immediate revocation of access and may result in legal action.

5. PERSONAL USE LICENSE ONLY

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.

You may not assign, sublicense, or transfer your access to any other person or business.

6. ACCESS & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login

• All activity under your account

• Ensuring compatible devices and internet access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. MODIFICATIONS & CONTENT UPDATES

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify Program content

• Adjust lessons, structure, or delivery

• Improve or expand materials over time

No updates or additions constitute grounds for a refunds

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beachless Bronze®  shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income or profits

• Business interruption

• Client dissatisfaction

• Errors, omissions, or misunderstandings

• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is discontinuation of Program use.

9. NO MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Programs do not provide:

• Medical advice

• Legal advice

• Insurance advice

• Regulatory or compliance guarantees

Always consult licensed professionals where applicable.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if you violate these Terms, including intellectual property misuse or sharing materials.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing or accessing any Program, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms

• Agree to be bound by them

• Understand the no-refund policy

• Accept full responsibility for your use of the material
